The tube and its various designs

Schild Labs offers an extensive range of tubes to meet your contract filling needs. You can choose between various designs made of aluminium or plastic. We also offer a wide range of sizes – from small sample tube to large 300 ml size. If required, we can provide a sealing membrane that provides quality assurance for the contents of the tube. This additional feature is particularly recommended for healthcare products. Choose the right design for your product from our range. Schild Labs can offer you a wide variety of colours, shapes and textures. Dispensing from a tube is very simple. Squeezing the tube forces the contents out through the opening, where it can be removed with a finger or a spoon. After use, the tube is closed tightly with the screw cap, which keeps out air, moisture and germs. Tubes made of plastic are flexible, but still relatively stiff and stable. The design and print on the tube stay in shape permanently. Aluminium tubes can be continuously squeezed flat from the bottom upwards to press the contents out of the end. Rolling the tube up as it empties makes it easy to handle and ensures the contents are used up without any wastage.
